Tradelle is a dropshipping platform that combines Shopify-focused product and store research with its own fulfilment operation. That combination is the point: Tradelle combines research with the supplier relationship, order shipping and tracking updates back into Shopify. Understanding where the research ends and the logistics begin is the main thing to establish before buying, because the marketing blends the two.
On the research side, the platform offers three distinct surfaces. Product Picks and Current Trends are a curated database of products the vendor's research team has already analysed, each summarised with sales data, a saturation indicator, seasonality, regional demand and a profit calculator. Store Explorer looks up any live Shopify store and returns estimated revenue, traffic volume, traffic sources, best-selling products, target countries and historic performance, with filters that isolate newly launched stores showing unusual revenue. Global Bestsellers works the other way round, surfacing the single product that carries most of a given store's revenue. Competitor Research starts from a product and returns the stores selling it. All of this data is modelled and Shopify-scoped: there is no coverage of WooCommerce, Amazon or marketplace sellers, and there is no ad library, so competitor ad creatives on Meta or TikTok cannot be inspected. The closest advertising signal is traffic-source analysis, which shows which channels send visitors to a store.
On the operations side, Fulfillment by Tradelle is the differentiator. Products import to a connected Shopify store in one click as drafts with a suggested selling price. Once an order comes in, Tradelle processes it, buys the stock, ships it in unbranded packaging from its Chinese logistics partners, and updates the tracking number in Shopify so the customer notification fires automatically. Merchants pay for product and shipping only after the customer has paid, billed once daily as a combined invoice, and there is no per-order platform fee on any plan. Most deliveries are quoted at 6 to 10 days. Products outside the catalogue can be requested through a sourcing form that takes an AliExpress or Alibaba link, after which Tradelle's team in China approaches the manufacturer; the weekly allowance is 1, 3 or 5 requests depending on the tier. There is also a free AI Store Builder that generates a niche Shopify store in the browser, and a separate 49 USD Done-For-You store with 100 products already connected to fulfilment.
Pricing runs across three subscription tiers and a lifetime option, in US dollars. Lite is 29.99 per month, or 19.99 per month billed annually (239.88 for the year). Starter, which the vendor labels Most Popular, is 49.99 per month or 32.50 per month annually (390 for the year). Pro is 79.99 per month or 54.99 per month annually (659.88 for the year). Lifetime Max is a one-time 1,299 USD purchase. The tiering is unusual in that it gates both research volume and logistics capacity at once: Lite allows one connected store, 100 fulfilled orders per month and just five searches per month in each advanced research module, which makes the advanced tools effectively unusable at that level. Starter is the first tier where Store Explorer and Competitor Research become practical, with 100 searches per module per month and full revenue, visitor and traffic-source data. Pro removes the caps and adds priority order processing, priority support and monthly store reviews by Tradelle staff.
Two commercial details deserve attention. First, there is no free plan and no free trial despite the "Get started for free" buttons: every new account starts with a paid 7-day trial costing 1 USD, which requires a card upfront and converts automatically to the full plan price unless cancelled. The 1 USD fee is non-refundable, but a 14-day money-back guarantee runs from signup, and the terms require billing enquiries to go through Tradelle before any chargeback, with a 50 USD administration fee for disputes raised out of order. Second, the vendor's own pages disagree in places: the Lite card advertises 25 product imports per month while the comparison table on the same page says 50, the terms say direct downgrades are unavailable while the help centre says they can be done from Settings, and catalogue size is stated as both 200 million and 36 million products.
The platform suits beginners and small Shopify test stores more than established brands. Reviewers who like it cite the single subscription covering both research and supply, the absence of per-store fees and the responsiveness of support. The recurring criticisms on Trustpilot concern billing: difficulty cancelling, and charges continuing after cancellation attempts. Others note the absence of private-label branding, which limits the platform for operators building a brand rather than testing offers, and that certain destination countries are not served. API access is advertised as Coming Soon on Pro and is not available on any tier today.
